Registration

Registration for the Fidelatoo application is free. The user must create a user account to access the application. The user must provide accurate and complete information when registering. The user is entirely responsible for the confidentiality of his password.

Using the app

The user undertakes to use Fidelatoo application in accordance with these general conditions of use and the laws in force. The user undertakes not to use the application for illicit or immoral activities. The user is entirely responsible for his actions and the consequences of his actions.

App Features

Fidelatoo application allows the user to create digital loyalty cards for the application’s partner merchants. The user can also consult the offers and promotions offered by partner merchants.

Intellectual property

All elements constituting the Fidelatoo application, such as texts, graphics, images, logos, videos, sounds, brands, software, etc., are protected by French and international laws relating to Intellectual property. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written consent of Fidelatoo, is strictly prohibited.
