General Terms of Sale

Object

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the terms and conditions of sale of subscriptions to the Fidelatoo mobile application.

Prices and terms of payment

The prices of the subscriptions are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC). Payment is made online via the Stripe platform. Payment is due immediately upon order. Subscriptions are billed on an annual or monthly basis, depending on the subscriber’s choice.

Subscriptions

Fidelatoo offers two types of subscriptions: annual and monthly. The annual subscription is invoiced at the price of €244.66 including tax per year, while the monthly subscription is invoiced at the price of €23.99 including tax per month, without commitment.

Right to retract

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the subscriber has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the subscription of the subscription to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or to bear penalties. Personal data

Fidelatoo undertakes to comply with the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data, and in particular the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The data collected from the subscriber is used exclusively in the context of the use of the Fidelatoo application, and is in no way transmitted to third parties.

Intellectual property

All the elements constituting the Fidelatoo application – such as texts, graphics, images, logos, videos, sounds, brands, software, etc. – are protected by French and international laws relating to Intellectual property. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written consent of Fidelatoo, is strictly prohibited.

Modification of the general conditions of sale

Fidelatoo reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, without notice or compensation. The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are posted on the application site.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Termination of subscription

The subscriber can cancel his subscription at any time, without costs or penalties. Termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period for annual subscriptions, and at the end of the current month for monthly subscriptions. Fidelatoo reserves the right to terminate the subscriber’s subscription in the event of non-compliance with these general conditions of sale, or in the event of violation of Fidelatoo’s intellectual property. In the event of termination by Fidelatoo, the subscriber will be reimbursed pro rata for the remaining months until the end of the current subscription period.
