How long does it take to set up Fidelatoo?
Once the Fidelatoo Merchant mobile application has been downloaded and your business profile has been created, you are ready!
Gradually add your customers to your new loyalty program with a simple scan at each checkout.
To encourage your customers to download the Fidelatoo mobile application before coming to your establishment, we have created a communication kit for you to download.
Are there any set up costs?
No, creating and installing your loyalty program costs you nothing. If the free version is too limited for you, you will only pay for your monthly or annual Premium subscription. There are no other hidden costs!
What payment methods do you accept?
Via a secure Stripe link, we accept payments by credit card. Additionally, you can pay via Apple Pay by opening the payment page on the Safari browser or via Google Pay on the Google Chrome browser.
I have more than 5 outlets, which subscription should I choose?

How many notifications can I send to my customers?
1 credit = 1 push notification. As long as you have credits, you can send push notifications. You can earn free credits daily within the Fidelatoo Merchant mobile application. To find out more about how to earn credits, consult our FAQ.
Aside from the price, what other advantages do I have of taking the annual subscription rather than the monthly one?
Get premium customer support and get a sneak peek at new features available. If you are also interested in giving your opinion, we can directly send your ideas and requests to the developers in order to improve the app according to your needs.
Can I cancel or change my subscription at any time?
The monthly subscription is without commitment and you can cancel it at any time so as not to be charged the following month. You can upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription simply by paying the latter to cancel the monthly payment.
Concerning the annual subscription, it must be paid in one go at the start of your subscription. You will therefore be able to switch back to a monthly subscription at the end of your annual subscription.
