Merchants who apply a generosity rate between 8% and 10% retain up to 80% of customers at checkout.
E.g : 10% off after €100 spent, or a €15 voucher after €200.
- You can stick with the same reward logic by using the “visits-based” card.
Here’s how it works: if a customer shows up with a paper card already stamped 4 times, just give them 5 points in Fidelatoo (1 for today’s visit + 4 for the past ones).
- Or switch to a spending-based model and reward customers at different thresholds (e.g. 100, 200, 500 spent).
In that case: once a customer finishes their paper card, simply add them to your Fidelatoo database using their phone number and assign them as many points as their basket amount to activate their new digital card.

Fidelatoo is first and foremost a network of local retailers operating in +25 countries.
Our ambition is to be accessible to everyone. So there are no limits.
You can retain an unlimited number of customers and distribute an unlimited number of points.
Loyalty points do not expire — your customers can come back months or even a year later, and their points will still be available.
However, your rewards and gift vouchers may have a validity date.
That means customers can keep collecting points without time limits, but won’t be able to redeem them for a reward that has already expired.
Once all points have been redeemed and rewards claimed, the counter simply resets — just like with a paper card, but without printing, waste, or effort.

From your Fidelatoo Pro app, go to Account and select Refer a business.
